The Department of Psychology at Rutgers University, New Brunswick is seeking an outstanding candidate with existing extramural funding for a non-tenure track research faculty position specializing in clinical psychology. Position Status Full Time Posting Number 24FA0341 Posting Open Date 03/04/2024 Posting Close Date Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience The successful candidate is expected to:• Have a doctorate in clinical psychology or related social science field• Have an established, active program of research grants and publications related to any field within clinical science Certifications/Licenses Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Successful history of obtaining extramural grant funding and/or demonstrable potential to obtain extramural grant funding• Established record of publication of research findings in peer-reviewed journals and dissemination of results through presentations at scientific conferences• Strong skills in data management and statistical analysis, including advanced knowledge of statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R)• Evidence of capacity to maintain an active research lab, including participation in and supervision of research activities (, data collection), adherence to IRB protocols, management of research staff, and mentorship of undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, and graduate students• Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to promote strong departmental and interdisciplinary connections Equipment Utilized Physical Demands and Work Environment Overview Statement
