The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the talent strategy of senior-level roles in the Division of Philanthropy at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI). The Associate Director leverages their talent management expertise to advise leadership, hiring managers, current staff, and external candidates to identify the best and most qualified talent and support them through the talent acquisition cycle. Experience in a non-profit setting a plus. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES ENCOURAGED: Experience overseeing recruiting strategy and growing pipelines of applicable candidates; Excellent written and effective verbal communications skills in-person and via technology platforms (ex. Public speaking experience and interest a must;Handle all situations and documentation in a highly confidential manner;Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders;Experience with data management and identifying trends to support decision-making.
