Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or related technical (completed and verified prior to start) field from an accredited institution Seven (7) years of experience working in a product stewardship or regulatory function in a private, public, government or military environment. One (1) year of experience UL WERCS in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Master’s degree in chemistry or related technical field from an accredited institution Experience supervising small team. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for consumer products. Experience interacting with customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable advocating for 3M externally.

Work location:
