Receptionist - Bilingual (French/English)

The Receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate area while also performing any administrative support that is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answers incoming calls and directs them to appropriate destination
  • Performs additional project work as assigned by management
  • Regular attendance as required
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be business fluent in French and English


Qualifications

Experience:

  • Experience with a multiline phone system

Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good telephone skills
  • Well organized
  • Cooperative and willing to work with others
  • Customer friendly attitude
