ECS is seeking a Services Delivery Lead / Product Manager - Data as a Service to work in our Arlington, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description:

ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our successful and growing team in building the next-generation Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Cyber data solution. The CDM Program is the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) dynamic approach to strengthening the cybersecurity of Federal networks and systems through better awareness and visibility into their security posture and cyber threats. The CDM Data Services product is an integrated suite of multiple Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, software configuration packages, and custom code which work together to operate as an integrated solution tailored to meet DHS requirements.

ECS is seeking a Product Management Leader, to lead product planning, execution, and delivery throughout the Product Lifecycle to ensure fulfillment of the product vision and a maximize the customer experience. This product manager will focus on the Data as a Service (DaaS) component of the CDM Dashboard solution, responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of feasible, desirable, and viable data offering features and supporting services.

The successful candidate will define product vision, strategy and roadmap by engaging with stakeholders to validate and evolve the solution to meet program needs. The candidate will manage the work backlog for the DaaS component through ongoing interactions across teams and frequent customer interactions. The DaaS Product Manager will remain aware of industry trends in cybersecurity tools, technologies, and processes associated with a robust, reliable, and mature data offering. These responsibilities all result in a secure, performant, widely capable, and mature data offering.

The successful candidate will work with Business Analysts to capture and refine requirements, align to program OKRs, define and track KPIs, deliver customer demonstrations and briefings, and work with vendors to better understand roadmaps, dependencies, and further improvement opportunities by advocating for CDM mission goals. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert regarding CDM information types, stakeholder information types, and provide expert support and data analysis.

Required Skills:

Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust Suitability At least 8 years’ experience managing similar cybersecurity products and services At least 4 years’ experience managing complex product requirements in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder federal environment At least 4 years’ experience working across agile teams to ensure end-to-end product requirements are incorporated into the engineering lifecycle At least 2 years’ experience working in a data analysis capacity, providing guidance and thought leadership on data management, security, and modeling. At least 1 years’ experience developing data sharing solutions that document schema, definition, and user management. At least 1 years’ experience evaluating and understanding stakeholder datasets and identifying opportunities for sharing and data exchanges At least 1 years’ experience managing data access via API and client libraries Experience working as a Product Manager within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
