To excel as a Sr. Member Experience Specialist at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, candidates should exhibit compassion and a desire to improve the lives of members to effective in build and manage an extensive portfolio of complex members' needs and prospects with high value accounts. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the financial market, possess a high level of understanding and interpretation of financial cash flows states to access and analyze solutions tailored to our members' needs. Embrace technology and leverage digital innovations to educate members of the channels available to make it easier for members to monitor and maintain their accounts. The role requires the candidate to support the branch in accepting deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and issuing checks while promoting financial products and services. Proficiency in opening and closing accounts, processing loan applications, and addressing various financial service requests is essential.

Successful candidates must demonstrate problem-solving skills to resolve member concerns promptly. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate transaction records and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Additionally, collaborating with team members, supporting business development efforts, and actively engaging in achieving branch goals are key components of this role.


A willingness to assist the call center as needed and engage in outbound calls is also beneficial.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in banking or customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and banking software applications
  • Proficient in 10-key and typing skills.
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
