While representing Stryker you will be responsible for the distribution and delivery of products/services for our representatives and customers. You will prepare, ship, receive and schedule delivery of products to ensure timely delivery/pick up/return of sets and loaner sets while fielding customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnel. You will also provide warehouse support when necessary.
Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilizationArrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locationsRead maps, and route configurationPerform safety inspections in transportation settingLoad, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products while checking for sterility, missing/broken implants & instrumentsPerform and/or schedule preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle, (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.), and keeps accurate maintenance recordsAdvise supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicleRecord sales, delivery information, transactions and issues on daily sales or delivery recordField customer complaints, address and communicate as necessary to Branch team membersAssist with Cycle Counting scans, leverage hospital relationships to influence PO collection, and relay surgery schedules when available.What you need-
2+ Years of experience requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMust possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictionsMust have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as neededParticipate with On-call rotationAbout Stryker
