Job Responsibilities:


As a Warehouse Manager at Wolfer's, your role involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to facilitate daily operations. You will apply your problem-solving skills and technical acumen to deliver optimal solutions for both the team and clients.


Duties:
  • Handling product logistics such as loading, unloading, and staging
  • Overseeing stock management including ordering, shipping, and receiving
  • Supervising onsite and offsite inventory
  • Coordinating with department heads to enhance inventory strategies
  • Utilizing computer software like Microsoft, Excel, and Inventory tools
  • Transporting parts when required
  • Ensuring effective communication across warehouse, field, and office teams
  • Working both indoors and outdoors
  • Lifting, bending, and handling up to 50lbs of weight
  • Safely operating a forklift
  • Complying with safety protocols and guidelines
  • Aiding in load securing for deliveries

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in team collaboration and active listening
  • Possession of a valid Oregon or Washington Driver's License with a clean record
  • Ability to work autonomously with keen attention to detail
