Job Description:

P&O Business Partner, M&M'S Ecosystem

As P&O Business Partner at Mars, you would be responsible for advising on HR policy and assisting with implementation of HR proceduresand processes. You would work directly with the organization's leadership to developand direct an HR agenda that closely supports the organizational goals.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Develop functional or operational policies and help developpolicy frameworks for area of responsibility or department.

Identify requirements for Human Resources frameworks andtools for recruitment, performance management,development, career and succession planning,compensation and benefits, diversity, employee on- and offboarding,and retention of talent, within an important area ofresponsibility to meet business or institutions needs. Enablethe attraction, development, and retention of talent at asustainable cost.

Specify the design and managedevelopment and implementation, ensuring compliance withexternal requirements and integration with the broader HRpolicy framework.

Provide authoritative specialist advice to senior managers atthe business unit or regional level to enable theimplementation of policy, projects, and change initiatives

Develop and investigate multiple hypotheses, using a widerange of HR data to diagnose underlying causes of keybusiness issues and identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and/or improve businessperformance.

Manage relationships with strategic internal clients and actas a business partner to them, mobilizingappropriate internal and/or external resources to support indelivering business strategy and plans.

What we are looking for?

Strong strategic HRBP experience within the retail industry

Experience driving people agenda around talent, growth strategy, and transformation, etc

Digital transformation work highly preferred

Franchise licensing experience highly preferred
