Remote Opportunity (Greater Seattle Washington Area) 


SUMMARY:
As the Enterprise Sales & Client Partner, you will be responsible for generating new and expanding existing business for one of iSoftStone’s largest enterprise technology accounts. Your duties will involve both managing relationships with clients and guiding account personnel. An effective Enterprise Sales & Client Partner possesses great aptitude in building, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships. He/She/They will also provide excellent planning and leadership abilities to coordinate and advise internal/client/cross-functional stakeholders. The key objective of this role is to ensure our long-standing partnership with this Fortune 100 enterprise technology client remains in good standing and to facilitate further growth/expansion within the account.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for account revenue growth, and account GM target. Understand the client environment and products, to devise an effective client facing sales strategy. Identify, develop, and close new revenue growth opportunities. Build strong account management and delivery teams. Serve as the primary point of contact while proactively engaging with key internal and external stakeholders. Outcome oriented client consultation while offering problem solving solutions and at times, bringing out of the box and bespoke ideas to provide rapid resolution. Partner with internal teams for effective delivery operations (onboarding and offboarding) to ensure cost efficiency. Manage and strengthen the client relationship and trust by providing transparency of the service delivery quality. Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients. Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust. Communication and reporting of overall monthly/quarterly/annual progress to senior management and external stakeholders. Build strong connections within the client’s corporate infrastructure and conduct deep research to discover revenue generating opportunities. Develop an account/revenue growth strategy. Create and maintain sales literature and training documentation. Prepare and present sales presentations, contracts, and other documentation involved throughout the full sales lifecycle. Maintain accurate records and data of all activities within Salesforce.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

At least 4 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar position involving managing, networking, and selling within enterprise level clients. Experience and knowledge of partnering with an enterprise client in the technical domain involving cloud technologies (MS Azure preferred). Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements. Solid understanding of maintaining and reporting of an enterprise sales portfolio. Experience and knowledge of sales lifecycle software (Salesforce, MS Office Suite, Contract/Finance Systems). Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

Primary Location Pay Range: $130k - $150k + commission.
