Job Description

The Trainer is responsible for scheduling, preparing, facilitating, monitoring, evaluating and documenting training/safety activities.

Responsibilities:

Provide OJT for associates. Line Leads, Material Handlers and PIT drivers. Conduct daily routine production, facility, and safety audits. Work with Training Manager to construct SOP for the cross functional team. Assist with classroom training. System training: Nulogy, Red prairie and DBF Assist Training Manager with safety training. Monitor and provide safety concerns to Safety Manager. Assist Safety Manager with daily task. Support production supervisor/floor as required. Maintain training and safety document. Collect, consolidate, evaluate and prioritize feedback on training content to develop plans for revisions. Perform administrative and other assigned duties as required.

  Requirements:

Experience within co-pack facility. Flexibility to work alternate shifts and weekends as needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation skill Ability to collaborate with all cross-functional team.

Hourly Pay: $24.00 (based on experience)
