Wir suchen Dich als  Manager Digital Marketing & MarTech (m/w/d)

Dein Aufgabenbereich

Steuerung und Entwicklung des Digital Marketing Teams

Entwicklung von digitalen Marketingstrategien zur Förderung der Markenbekanntheit und zur Steigerung der Lead-Generierung in enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Marketing-Teams

Umsetzung von digitalen Marketingstrategien unter Verwendung verschiedener digitaler Kanäle (z.B. Marketing Automation/E-Mail, SEO, SEM, Paid Social Media, Display-Werbung)

Im Rahmen der Digitalstrategie, Erstellung eines state-of-the-art Lead Management auf der Marketing- und Vertriebsschnittstelle

Auf Basis der Business Objectives und in Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebsteams, Entwicklung von Marketing Automation Strecken, die Kunden und Interessenten entlang ihrer Customer Journey effektiv begleiten

Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Paid Kampagnen gemäß Budgetvorgaben und KPI-Monitoring zur Steigerung des ROI

Durchführung von A/B-Tests und Ableitung von Maßnahmen

Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Implementierung der Website-Strategie, einschließlich Inhalt, Design und Benutzererfahrung, um die Markenpräsenz zu stärken und die Konversionsziele zu erreichen

Leitung der Website-Entwicklung -und -Optimierung unter Verwendung von SEO-Best Practices, um die Sichtbarkeit in Suchmaschinen zu erhöhen und organisches Wachstum zu fördern

Entwicklung und Nutzung von tiefgehendem Verständnis von Kunden, Verkaufsprozess und Wettbewerbsumfeld, um proaktiv Chancen für Wachstum und Verbesserung zu identifizieren

Erkennung von Trends und Entwicklung von Customer Insights

Das digital-KPI Dashboard ist das Kontrollzentrum und Impulsgeber – regelmäßige Präsentation der Zahlen und Ableitung von passenden Initiativen

Entwicklung von Kampagnenideen gemeinsam mit den Content- und Design-Teams und Verantwortung für deren Umsetzung

Verwaltung des digitalen Marketingbudgets, einschließlich der Planung, Zuweisung und Überwachung der Ausgaben, um die maximale Wirkung und Effizienz zu gewährleisten

Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Datenschutz- und Compliance-Richtlinien im digitalen Marketing

Das bringst Du mit

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Digitalen und Performance Marketing

Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern

Detaillierte Kenntnisse in salesforce.com und HubSpot Umgebungen sowie in weiteren Tools zur Umsetzung und Monitoring von Digital Marketing

Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Steuerung komplexer Systeme, digitaler Marketingprozesse und Erfahrung diese zu optimieren

Erfahrungen mit Google Universum und SEA/SEO Strategien

Inspirierende und umsetzungsstarke Führungskraft, transparente Kommunikation und Ideenreichtum

Tiefgreifendes Verständnis digitaler Marketingprinzipien und -praktiken, einschließlich SEO, SEM, E-Mail-Marketing, Social Media und Content Marketing

Strategisches Denken mit starken analytischen Fähigkeiten zur Interpretation von Daten und Leistungskennzahlen

Interesse, in einem dynamisch wachsenden Umfeld zu gestalten und mit direktem Einfluss auf die Unternehmensergebnisse zu wirken
