**Responsibilities**:

- Manages marketing tech stack and connecting all websites, apps and data for reporting
- Monitors daily spend for paid social and search
- Partners with cross-functional teams to collect and post creative content and copy on deadline
- Reports on campaign performance and defines potential revenue opportunities
- Studies/reports trends of social media and digital advertising
- Builds relationships with 3rd party vendors to ensure campaigns follow best practices and optimizations
- Provides weekly campaign performance updates to the marketing team
- Collaborates on organic social media content as needed
- Provides strategic insight and knowledge about market trends, consumer attitudes, competitors, and the effectiveness of the marketing strategy
- Achieve monthly and annual sales expectations for the e-commerce business, as set forth by the executive team

**Requirements**:

- 5 Years of strategic marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer and/or Business-to-Business organization/agency with a strong online / e-commerce / digital presence. Experience must include analytics-based decision-making, where success is measured in customer growth, website conversion, revenue and superior content
- Self-starter with a track record of excellent results in a fast-growth environment.
- Ability to substantiate a clear understanding of consumer and media trends and develop market strategies and campaign outcomes resulting in significant growth of customer/revenue base within a competitive environment.
- Creative / innovative thinker /team player/ solution-oriented
- Strong analytical skills, proven ability to consume and understand data
- Exceptional skills in verbal and written communications; and be an excellent listener
- Highly experienced with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker dashboard
- Expert understanding of HubSpot, Active Campaign, Wordpress, Meta Business Manager, Buzzsprout, Social Pilot, Adobe Creative Cloud, Dropbox, ManyChats, SMS, Loyalty, and web development
- Preferable agency and/or brand experience
- Bachelor's Degree and/or tech certifications a plus
- Impeccable attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy with minimum supervision
