The Merchandise Planner will be responsible for planning, managing, and analyzing merchandise for assigned areas, ensuring that financial goals such as sales, margin, and inventory are met.

Responsibilities:

Create pre-season sales, margin, and inventory plans by area Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and product performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risk to provide insights to optimize product assortments and inventory management Collaborate with Merchants to understand buying strategies and align with future demand forecasts Work with Merchants, Allocation, and Sourcing to effectively manage flow of inventory Present forecasts and recommended action plans in monthly Merchandise Planning Review meetings

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of planning or related financial/analytical experience Bachelor’s degree Proficiency with Microsoft Office Skilled with Excel
