Job Title: Tax Manager

Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire with Hybrid/Remote opportunities available

Pay: $85-$135k, depending upon experience

Here's how this Tax Manager will contribute:

  • Planning, organizing and managing multiple projects, leveraging various resources to achieve client/company goals
  • Multi-tasking & managing a large volume client engagements and effectively communicating complex technical info
  • Directing & maintaining a motivated and empowered work team
  • Managing budget and profitability for projects and client engagements
  • Maintaining current knowledge of professional standards and training associates on emerging laws and regulations

We're looking for Tax Managers with the following background profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, Master's degree highly coveted
  • CPA license strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of prior experience in a similar role
  • Leadership experience to include sound coaching, mentoring, training, performance management and training strategies
