Licensed Transaction Coordinator

Our real estate office is seeking a transaction specialist/personal assistant. You are the glue behind the scenes. You will help manage Jake's schedule, emails, and marketing efforts, as well as take the lead on all items minus sales calls, negotiations, and making offers. From preparing listings, and hunting down information on behalf of clients, to coordinating and assisting with contracts/paperwork. As part of our company too, we want you to conduct a minimum of 5 real estate transactions a year. We will help you get there. Compensation:$100,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Manage Jake’s calendar and tasks
- Add appointments on the calendar
- Maintaining Jake’s schedule
- Ensure all leads and messages are followed up with promptly and/or in an. appropriate sequence
- Post-contract point of contact for all items (clients facing and internal) except negotiation and offer status
- Manage, prepare, and confirm the accuracy of our listings on the MLS
- Handle all client paperwork on weekdays
- Transaction reporting
- Execution of periodic market update emails, marketing activities, and client gifts
- Help oversee and improve systems + processes throughout the experience
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
- Real estate license preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
- High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
