We are looking for experienced meat carvers to work events such as weddings, meetings, seminars etc. 

A meat carver is a culinary professional who specializes in serving various types of meat. Duties Include-

  • Using proper cutting techniques for beef, lamb, fish and pork.
  • Carve precise cuts of meat using carving knives.
  • Disjointing roasts and poultry, slicing uniform pieces of meat and arranging individual portions on plates.


Requirements
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must have experience as a carver and able to work without supervision
  • Must wear all black pants, black polo shirt and black shoes
