We are looking for experienced meat carvers to work events such as weddings meetings seminars etc.

A meat carver is a culinary professional who specializes in serving various types of meat. Duties Include

  • Using proper cutting techniques for beef lamb fish and pork.
  • Carve precise cuts of meat using carving knives.
  • Disjointing roasts and poultry slicing uniform pieces of meat and arranging individual portions on plates.


Requirements
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must have experience as a carver and able to work without supervision
  • Must wear all black pants black polo shirt and black shoes
