Touchmark at Fairway Village is Southwest Washington's premier retirement community. Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents and off-campus clients by providing them with exceptional service in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a  Building Services Technician.  Pay ranges from $21 - $25/hr, depending on experience

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license . This position will have a strong focus on efficiently assessing and prioritizing daily work orders to be completed to a high degree of quality with exemplary customer service. This will require a jack of all trades, with a good knowledge of various skills such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and be solution focused.


We have 264 homes on our 18-acre property. We also have several separate buildings. Duties require this person to assist with general building services duties such as moving furniture, general maintenance, basic electrical work, painting, carpentry, drywall, painting or assistance with emergencies involving plumbing or other equipment.


Experience working with older adults helpful. A positive outlook, ability to work with a team, energetic approach, and a genuine desire to provide quality customer service and five star hospitality are required.
