Expansion Market Real Estate Sales Agent
Our team is expanding outside of the Twin Cities Metro area and looking for a self-motivated agent to lead the growth of a new expansion market We are looking for one Team Agent that successfully conducts an average of 10 real estate transactions annually to help us specifically in the Monticello, Big Lake, Elk River and St. Michael markets. We pride ourselves on providing proven systems to our agents that will ensure their success. We will build a proven marketing plan just for you to service Buyers & Sellers in this area. Further, any other agents added to the market area will report to this position.

The Average Agent on our Team Generates Over 25 Transactions Per Year and Earns over $100,000 in Commissions.

Compensation:$100,000+
Responsibilities:- Attract Junior Agents to build up market area (typically 2-3 agents)
- Mentor Junior Agents in Expansion Market
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Tech-savvy
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
