We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Website Content Specialist to join our team. As a Website Content Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and updating our website's content to ensure it remains current, engaging, and aligned with our brand and messaging.
As a Website Content Specialist, you will:
Add, edit, or remove content, including text, images, videos, and other media, to keep the website's information current and relevant. Review and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of all content. Assist with A/B tests to compare different versions of web pages, emails, or other digital assets. Assist with implementing personalized experiences on a website by using visitor data to tailor content and recommendations. Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and subject matter experts to obtain updated new content. Regularly review web pages to maintain a consistent and engaging user experience. Conduct quality checks to ensure that all website content is error-free, free of broken links, and displays correctly on various devices and browsers. Address and rectify any issues or discrepancies promptly. Ensure that website content is organized logically, easily navigable, and user-friendly. Collaborate with CX and web developer to enhance the user experience.What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in communications, digital marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in website content administration or a related role. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML knowledge. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Basic understanding of SEO best practices and on-page optimization. Proficiency in using web analytics tools.
