Electrical Superintendent Job Opening - Phoenix, AZ | Major Projects Focus

Overview: One of the valley's largest EC's specializing in semi-conductor, manufacturing, healthcare, and mission-critical sectors seeks an Electrical Superintendent. With projects regularly exceeding $10MM. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who is able to guide our clients teams through complex builds, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellence.

Role: The Electrical Superintendent will orchestrate daily operations on-site, ensuring electrical projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals with robust experience in large-scale electrical construction within key industries, offering a unique chance to lead on projects that define our urban landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate efforts between various project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Uphold safety and quality standards, conducting regular inspections and implementing best practices.
  • Address challenges swiftly, applying innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Lead and inspire teams, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Solid track record as an Electrical Superintendent in large-scale projects ($10MM+), preferably in semi-conductor, manufacturing, healthcare, or mission-critical sectors.
  • Strong leadership, capable of driving project success and team cohesion.
  • Excellent communication skills, essential for stakeholder engagement.
