Cybersecurity Preparedness Administrator

The Philadelphia International Airport is managed by the Department of Aviation of the City of Philadelphia. The airport handles approximately 82,000 travelers per day. The airport Information Technology department is headed by the Chief Information Officer (CIO). The Philadelphia International Airport is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cybersecurity Preparedness Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity training programs for our organization's personnel and coordinating incident response preparedness efforts.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Experience/Required skills:
Experience with security awareness training programs, platforms and techniques to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance within the organization. Knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies to assess and prioritize cybersecurity training needs based on the organization's risk profile. Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity incident response plans, playbooks, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Experience developing and leading tabletop exercises, simulations, and drills to test incident response plans and ensure readiness to effectively respond to security incidents. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay current on emerging trends, threats, and technologies in cybersecurity and incident response.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, delivering, and managing cybersecurity training programs for diverse audiences, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security incidents and develop effective response strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with incident response tools, forensic techniques, and threat intelligence sources preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices is preferred. Creativity and passion for developing engaging training content is a plus. Experience with KnowBe4 security awareness training platform is a plus. Experience with security frameworks (, CIS, NIS CSF, NIST RMF, ISO 27001) is a plus.
