Essential functions of the role:

Provides administrative support to the Grants team. Collects, reviews, and analyzes data using the Microsoft Office suite. Prepares and distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule. Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records. Assists with document reviews and reproduction. Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements needed for this role:

At least 5 years of federal and/or state experience in the environmental industry. At least 3 years of federal and state grant administration experience. Experience working in Alaska required. Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency required.
