WinnCompanies is searching for a part-time Office Interns to join our team at Calvin Mowbray Park and Stephen Camper Park, a 190-unit property located in Cambridge, MD. This is a great opportunity to learn career skills, money management, and resume building, while gaining professional experience. You will be working on maintenance, construction, finance, property management, and resident services. Please note that this is a temporary position, which is not eligible for Winn benefits.

Responsibilities

Perform administrative duties in support of the department. Assist the staff with general in/out office duties, but not limited to general coordination Assist in special projects. Perform ad-hoc clerical tasks. Provide support in functional areas of the department. Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides areas to grow and improve.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in high school or college program. Less than 1 year of relevant work experience. Basic familiarity with computers. Navigate at a basic level within web-based applications. willing to learn and becoming proficient in software. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills.
