Follow established safe work practices to ensure a safe working environment. Make repairs as needed from warp board. Perform draw-ins as necessary. Draw-In work for new warps or new patterns. Pull over work after draw-in or any work relative to drawing of warps to keep looms operating. Perform weave work as necessary. Prepare looms for new warps, ensuring leases are correct with correct number of ends. Flag looms for fixer after pulling over for start up. Maintain outstanding housekeeping. All other duties assigned.

Required Experience

High School Diploma or GED Must be able to read and write Good communication skills Superior attention to details and quality Must be able to perform significate weight overhead Must be able to stand most of the shift and have dexterity Must be knowledgeable of yarns and patterns Good organizational skills Work in climate control area
