By joining Jac Products as a Launch Manager, you can experience our unique culture first hand. In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead a cross-functional team in the successful launch of new programs in our new 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Napoleon, Ohio.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Establish, maintain and communicate project plans, timelines, and deliverables, for new projects to ensure timely, cost-effective execution.
• Develop appropriate assignments and responsibilities for employees involved in the program launch, as well as outside resources (vendors).
• Adjust program plans as needed, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Keep Program Management and Plant Management updated regarding progress, issues or corrective actions relating to assigned projects.
• Support the APQP process, and partner with the Quality team to drive PPAP activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Two (2) to five (5) years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in an automotive environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Concepts and Principles highly desirable
• Must be self-directed, customer focused and results driven
• Superior organizational and communication skills
