The Credit Analyst I will be responsible for performing credit and collections functions in their portfolio in accordance with the department goals and objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform task related to credit and collections and overall accounts receivable management. Ability to approve credit inquiries Prepare and submit credit adjustments Generate account statements Identify issues needing escalation Recommend credit limits for accounts in the portfolio Ensure optimal cash flow by continued positive contact and relationship building. Ability to identify delinquency drivers and achieve resolution is required. Other duties, as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma and/or equivalent Experience with electronic billing (ADP, Oildex, EDI) Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience managing portfolio; basic understanding of reconciliations Possess strong Collections experience and accustomed to handling a high volume of Credit inquiries Skilled in authorizing Credit decisions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Adept and multi-tasking and prioritizing Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information. Problem solving skills and detailed oriented to assist in identifying discrepancies
