Quality Manager

Quality Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Quality Team members including Technicians and Inspectors
- Oversee the gage control and calibration functions
- Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure parts conform to purchase agreements and maintain adequate quality systems.
- Participate in cross-functional design review teams to determine suitable product designs, inspection methods, and manufacturing capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in internal scrap, rework, and customer feedback. Act on these opportunities and report the results to upper management.
Quality Manager Requirements:
- Previous Quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with metal products and CNC machining processes required
- Background with CMM/Metrology equipment required
