We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Quality Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers and their products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform site audits for new suppliers and existing suppliers to ensure compliance with company, government, and federal manufacturing standards.
  • Provide technical support to suppliers to quickly resolve any technical, schedule, logistical, or quality issues.
  • Support the Grow-Maintain-Exit supply chain strategy by providing technical insight on current suppliers and evaluating potential new suppliers.
  • Evaluate supplier metrics on a monthly basis to uncover trending issues and proactively improve supplier performance.
  • Manage First Articles from suppliers, including on-site support, and support Receiving Inspection and production through the First Article validation process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and minimum 5 years' experience as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment or Master's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and minimum 3 years' experience as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to visit key suppliers (approx. 25-50% travel).
  • Experience with MS Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree typically required in a related field of study, with minimum 8 years' in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment, or MS or MA degree in a related field of study, with minimum 5 years' in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven technical experience in SMT, PWB manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, microelectronics, machining, and/or electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Aerospace or Defense Experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques and principles.
  • Supplier quality experience.
  • Continuous environment experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary Range: $93,495.00 - $115,494.00 (Lansdale PA) annually. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
