Job Summary: 
 
The Recruiter at Griswold Home Care for Westminster, Broomfield & Boulder is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care services to our clients in the North Denver Metro and Boulder County areas of Colorado.
This individual plays a vital role in maintaining the high-quality standards of our franchise by attracting and retaining top talent.
The recruiter will work closely in-office with the franchise owner and office staff to ensure that client needs are met with the best possible caregivers. 
 
Compensation & Benefits: 
 
This is a full time, salaried position in the home health care/non-medical industry within a franchise organization.
The chosen candidate will receive a competitive salary package and is eligible to receive a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, and retirement options. 
 
Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and retain top caregiver talent. 

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach. 

  • Conduct screenings, interviews, background checks and reference checks to identify and evaluate qualified candidates. 

  • Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates. 

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruiting activities using our applicant tracking system. 

  • Collaborate with office staff to ensure timely placement of caregivers with clients. 

  • Participate in community events and job fairs to promote Griswold Home Care and recruit potential caregivers. 

  • Monitor and stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the local healthcare and caregiving landscape to inform recruitment strategies. 

 
Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or a similar role. 

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing methods. 

  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations. 

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic mindset with a passion for ensuring high-quality care for clients.

  • Ability to commute to office Monday through Friday as this is not a remote or hybrid position.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Recruiting experience within the healthcare/homecare field. 

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
