Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Source and interview candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and craft accurate job descriptions.
- Employ multiple recruiting strategies such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract qualified candidates.
- Perform background and reference checks.
- Manage the coordination and scheduling of interviews and oversee the entire hiring process.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain precise employee records and manage HR databases.
- Address employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related topics.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientations and paperwork.
Work Environment

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a Part -time position. Days and hours of work are business hours Monday through Friday. 20-25 hours Per Week.
Location: In-office presence required
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years recruiting experience in the construction or similar industry
- 2 years HR Generalist experience in the construction or similar industry
Salary Description
$25-$30 an hour
