About the location:

Sophisticated urban retreat on the waterfront. Our modern, urban retreat, positioned at the edge of Baltimore’s Harbor East, offers a host of luxurious amenities such as a five-star Spa to a rooftop pool, setting the scene for fabulous vacations with kids, romantic getaways and business stays. Miles of walkable waterfront, top restaurants and city landmarks are all within easy reach.

Essential Functions:

Greets Residents and their family/guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo by opening their car door and welcoming them appropriately. Assists Residents descending from cars. Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to a guest who wants their car parked. Gives verbal greeting to Residents arriving on foot. Opens Residential doors for all Residents and their guests. (30%) Unloads Resident packages/groceries from car and offers to deliver it to their unit. If accepted, either gives the items to the concierge to deliver or takes it to the unit themselves. (5%) Ensures the Bygone patrons and hotel guests are properly directed to the correct entry doors for their visits. (5%) Provides Residents and their guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city. Hails taxis as needed. Loads luggage in car for departing Residents and their guests. (10%) Handles all Resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; (10%) Greets all guests exiting through Front lobby door and offers them assistance while opening the door for them. (30%). Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. (10%) Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. (10%)

Additional Responsibilities:

· Handle all Owner interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special request whenever possible; seek any opportunity to prevent owner glitches, assist in all enquiries in connection with the Residence services and facilities. 

· The ability to communicate residence requests effectively to the Residences Concierge to ensure prompt completion of tasks. 

· Relieve other residential roles for meal periods and in case of emergency.

· Ensure owners are greeted and assisted upon arrival and departure of lobby/drive.

Bilingual speaker will be preferable for this position.
