As a Kronos/UKG Systems Analyst II, you will complete routine support and designated projects, provide input to develop solutions, and assist with project documentation, operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities, task level resource requirements, task plans, and general communications.



The ideal future caregiver is someone who:

Has technical experience with Kronos/UKG advanced scheduling on Dimensions/PRO WFM.

Demonstrates a strong work ethic.

Excels in a remote work environment.

Has exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Has experience not just with initial implementation, but long-term maintenance of Kronos/UKG systems

Has excellent interpersonal/customer support skills

Is able to prioritize time and work well within a fast-paced, high volume environment

Responsibilities:

Completes departmental projects and ongoing Kronos/UKG support.Assists with scope and task plan development.Configures the systemProvides input to resource requirement development.Supports development of Kronos/UKG requirements.Develops reports on project status.Conducts intake calls and interacts frequently with customersOther duties as assigned.

Education:

Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.High School diploma/GED and five years of experience may substitute the degree requirement.Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience may substitute the experience requirement.

Complexity of Work:

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Work Experience:

Three years of experience in Information Technology with experience in applications development and support, end-user training, or equivalent experience utilizing Kronos/UKG systems.Experience with Dimensions/PRO WFM strongly preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.
