Job Description:

The Senior Consultant-Change Management plays a key role in supporting the implementation of Bellin and Gundersen Health System’s change management framework, ensuring a strategic focus on the human-side of change. The Senior Consultant–Change Management is responsible for operational excellence by overseeing day to day change management activities, which include planning, coordination, facilitation, and evaluation. This person serves as the accountable change leader on high priority projects and strategic works teams for the health system. The primary responsibility is integration and implementation of change management plans and strategies that enhance team and stakeholder engagement leading to faster adoption, higher utilization of and proficiency with change priorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a Business or Healthcare appropriate field required Prior experience in a consulting role, or other relevant experience related change management, communication planning, user training, organizational readiness, and/or user adoption with enterprise organizations
