Task’s list for Civil Engineer:
- Get Creative: Plan and design diverse development projects, including lot layout, grading, stormwater management, and utilities.
- Team Up: Work closely with our technical staff to provide top-notch consulting engineering services to land developers.
- Stay Connected: Interact daily with project teams across various disciplines and offices to keep projects on track and moving smoothly.
- Hands-On Experience: Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and technical assessments.
- Show Your Skills: Prepare and review detailed engineering plans, designs, and specifications.
- Be a Compliance Guru: Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations from start to finish.
Civil Engineer should bring:
- Qualifications: EIT or PE certification.
- Experience: Proven experience in land development, whether you’re new to the industry or have several years under your belt. B.S. in Civil Engineering Preferred.
- Technical Know-How: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
