We are looking for Quick Lube technicians to join our team.

Many of our line techs have grown from the Quick Lube position and have become the technicians they are today.
If you have the initiative to learn, we WANT you We have a technician apprentice program (the next step up from Quick Lube) where you will train under some of the most knowledgeable technicians. We provide an excellent working environment and temperature-controlled environment (WE HAVE AC IN THE SUMMER AND HEAT IN THE WINTER).

Ourisman CDJR of Woodbridge is seeking a dedicated Quick Lube Technician to help grow our booming business and provide our customers with exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Check and communicate oil level to teammates
  • Rotating the tires according to manufacturer specifications
  • Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
  • Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
  • Complete vehicle inspection (digital)
  • Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
  • Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
  • Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.

Qualifications

  • Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
  • Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
