Overview

Novant Health is hiring for a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) registered nurse for the night shift at our New Hanover Regional Medical Center location in Wilmington, NC. We’re offering up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus as well as $7,500 relocation.

We're in search of a registered nurse to join our team at New Hanover Regional Medical Center's Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). With 16 beds and a nurse-to-patient ratio averaging 1 to 2, our unit operates in a fast-paced environment focused on teamwork and mutual support. Our diverse team comprises both newer nurses and seasoned professionals, creating a rich learning environment and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing. Current valid North Carolina nursing license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required. 1 Year of ED or ICU experience in an acute hospital setting.
