Icon V is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Communications Coordinator to join our team. As the Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our organization's mission and activities. You will be responsible for managing our communication channels and ensuring that our messaging is clear, consistent, and engaging. Additionally, you will collaborate with various internal teams to gather information and develop content for both online and offline platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with excellent writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for effective communication.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute communication plans to effectively convey our organization's mission and values to various audiences
  • Create compelling content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and other communication channels
  • Manage and update our organization's website and ensure that it is user-friendly and up-to-date
  • Develop and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional videos
  • Coordinate media relations activities, including writing press releases, contacting journalists, and organizing interviews
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of our communication efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
