Work Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm/8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Hours may vary by season.

Pay Scale: $16.50 to $19.00 an hour

Position Overview:

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for additional assistance. Your goal will be to strengthen customer relationships and uphold our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound calls to customers to follow up on service requests, appointments, and recent installations.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and customer service best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and patience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a plus but not required.
