Pay for this position:
  • $20 and up DOE

Hours for this position:
  • 3rd 11p-7:30a

Job Description for this position:
  • Expertise in repairing and maintaining manufacturing machinery
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electronics (12VDC-460 VAC), hydraulics, pneumatics, motor starters, pumps, and PLC controls
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens, Rockwell, and Allen Bradley PLC controllers
  • Maintain and service mechanical equipment machinery and components
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial assembly equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Troubleshoot issues physically and electronically via PLC or program investigation
  • Perform skilled repairs of mechanical, electrical, and building systems/equipment
  • Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate repair requests
  • Identify parts needed for replacement and place orders as necessary

Qualifications for this position:
  • Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment
  • In-depth knowledge of system maintenance
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
  • Knowledge of rebuilding or cross-referencing parts
  • Reading pneumatic, hydraulic, electric schematics
  • Troubleshooting safety circuits
  • Understanding basics of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and Servo Drives
