Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on our fryers, equipment, and HVAC systems to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the stock rooms, restrooms, and exterior areas.
  • Waste Management: Ensure that trash and recyclables are properly disposed of and that our compactor is emptied regularly.
  • Lighting and Electrical: Replace light bulbs and perform routine checks on our electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properly.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
