 Clinical Bilingual Therapist Position for Youth with Problem Sexual Behavior

NAFI CT is a leading provider of programs and services throughout Connecticut, offering tailored treatment options designed to meet the unique strengths and needs of adults, children, adolescents, and families.

Seeking a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Therapist to deliver Intensive community-based treatment for youth with Problem Sexual Behavior

Therapists operate within a team framework, benefiting from specialized training and continuous individual and group supervision Sessions predominantly occur in-person, within natural environments such as homes or safe locations NAFI CT Therapists maintain a caseload of 4 clients

Skills/Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related behavioral science Receipt of provisional license (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A) Skilled in therapeutic interventions, advocacy, and crisis intervention Ability to function independently and as a team Communication Proficiency Collaboration Skills Travel and transport clients Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
