We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling high-quality medical devices, including both mechanical bases and cladding parts. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our medical devices meet the highest standards of quality and safety.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and specifications.
  • Assemble mechanical bases for medical devices with precision and attention to detail.
  • Construct cladding parts for medical devices to ensure proper fit and functionality.
  • Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects in the assembly process.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assembly area to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes to meet production goals.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in assembly, particularly in the medical device industry, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting assembly instructions and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for intricate assembly tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
  • Commitment to upholding quality standards and ensuring product integrity.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.

Working Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
