We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling high-quality medical devices, including both mechanical bases and cladding parts. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our medical devices meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and specifications.
- Assemble mechanical bases for medical devices with precision and attention to detail.
- Construct cladding parts for medical devices to ensure proper fit and functionality.
- Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects in the assembly process.
- Work collaboratively with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assembly area to ensure a productive work environment.
- Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred.
- Previous experience in assembly, particularly in the medical device industry, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting assembly instructions and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for intricate assembly tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
- Commitment to upholding quality standards and ensuring product integrity.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
Working Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
