Johnson Service Group (JSG) is teamed with a global leader in the aerospace and defense markets. Our client is seeking a talented Contract Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner - HYBRID 3 days in office to support a wide range of administrative, technical, engineering and professional skills and disciplines.

Responsibilities:
  • Skills and disciplines include administrative, accounting/finance, engineering, technical, manufacturing, general professional, leadership, etc.
  • Review and qualify resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates.
  • Utilize networking opportunities, professional associations, etc., to identify qualified talent.
  • Facilitate interviews, feedback and hiring decisions for exempt and non-exempt hiring.
  • Hands-on staffing experience, including recruitment processing, candidate sourcing and pipelining.
  • Must have strong sourcing/recruiting skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, college recruiting, and related resources.
  • Ability to conduct thorough phone, virtual, and onsite candidate interviews.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. WorkDay), Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Build solid relationships with leadership teams, and serve as a partner throughout the hiring process.
  • Knowledge of recruitment trends and practices.
  • Strong organizational, time management and process management skills are essential.
Qualifications:
  •  4+ years of high-performance staffing /talent acquisition experience, including candidate sourcing and recruiting talent.
  • 1-2+ years of experience within a corporate environment is preferred.
  • Aerospace, Industrial, Manufacturing and/or similar industry experience is  preferred.
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience, proficient with internet search tools and social networking.
  • Bachelors Degree in Arts/Sciences is a plus. 
  • Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Pay rate: $35-$45 DOE
