Job Responsibilities: As the Director of Personal Lines at InsuranceHub, you will oversee all personal lines account managers to ensure exceptional customer service and attainment of financial goals.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, managing, and developing the personal lines service staff for efficient client service.Overseeing daily operations, setting strategic goals, and driving performance objectives.Implementing and monitoring quality control standards and agency procedures.Providing guidance, support, training, coaching, and performance management to team members.Monitoring key performance metrics and financial indicators to assess divisional performance, drive profitability, and enhance retention.Conducting performance evaluations and overseeing departmental operations.

Requirements/Experience:

Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience.Property and Casualty Insurance License.Proficiency in MS Office and various client management systems (e.g., AMS360, AgencyZoom).Brokerage experience is advantageous.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Experience in servicing accounts and sales.Exceptional customer service skills.Independent and self-motivated drive to succeed.
