Position Summary   

Under the direction of Management, Quality Assurance receives and carries out work assignments from management and internal customers. These assignments create, review, update policies and procedures to ensure the ROM team completes tasks in a consistent manner. These assignments support operations while ensuring paperwork and other operational policies and procedures observes the company's and Customer’s quality and product standards.

Job Responsibilities  

Assists operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.  Interface with operations, field, and sales.  Review test/inspection documentation.  Review all shipping documentation.  Review and store all inspection documentation.  Consistently review ROM and RESA policy and ensure consistency in implementation.  Maintain and/or collaborate and improve location’s quality by completing a manual/online resource on location requirements.  Analyze and investigate service complaints as directed or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements. Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, corrective actions and validations.  Provide training and support to operations and/or field team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes as directed.  Communicate with Manager or other designee for effective problem resolution and transfer of pertinent information as per policy and procedures for jobs in process and complete.  Work with members of a team to effectively complete job assignment. Work with department supervisor or manager to develop an action plan to meet specific department quality program objectives.  Interpret, apply and recommend changes to organizational policies and procedures as per manager direction.  Collaborate with members of management team to develop new processes when/if necessary.  Complete other duties assigned. 

Required Experience and Qualifications:  

Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of experience.  General understanding of SOPs and Quality Programs. Industry experience a plus.  Basic computer skills for data entry, looking up information, and/or creating reports.  Able to effectively problem solve. Detail orientated.  Able to communicate oral and written communication skills; follow directions-written direction, oral direction, reading work orders and/or specs as assigned; work in a team environment and communicate with team, various departments, and/or Customers as business needs dictate.
