  • Quality Management System (QMS)
    • Ensure on site compliance with our QMS.
    • Train all impacted parties on QMS, Quality Standards, and Quality Controls
    • Establish and maintain standards/records of quality related documents and training.
    • Drive internal quality audits.
  • Compliance
    • Create an audit ready environment.
    • Represent Graham in all related audits.
    • Maintain all required certifications and documentation.
    • Identify and create mitigation plans for quality defects.
    • Conduct internal audits of QMS expectations.
  • Communication
    • Partner with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.

  • Reduction on internal scrap and defect rates.
  • Support the execution of quality training to establish base levels of understanding annually.
  • Adherence to QMS to ensures an effective and sustainable response is provided to all quality concerns within 5 working days of receipt of relevant information.
 Actions:
  • Subject matter expert on standards for incoming materials and outbound finished goods.
  • Track returns and identify sustainable solutions.
  • Deliver quality process related training for all associates.
  • Drive corrective action process on quality concerns to resolution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of all quality concerns.
  • Testing of incoming material.
  • Perform/coordinate audits of standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and deliver quality trainings and communications. 
  • Remain current on quality standards.
  • Be the SME for quality related concerns within the facility.
 This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions" for purposes of the ADA. Education, Certifications, and Experience:
  • Associate degree in scientific or engineering discipline or Business Management preferred.  
  • 2+ years of progressive manufacturing experience with quality emphasis required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Control role in manufacturing environment desired
 Key Competencies:
  • Experience and understanding of ISO, Prop 65, ROHS, etc.
  • Proficient in an internal and external audit environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Able to effectively communicate at all organizational levels.
  • FDA Regulation experience preferred 
 Physical Requirements:The ability to work in a normal manufacturing environment to include: sitting, standing, or walking for long periods of time; climbing stairs; operating various standard office equipment; carrying paper documents/files; reaching; bending; twisting; crawling; speaking on the telephone, etc. The ability to wear required personal protection gear (i.e. hearing, eye and foot protection as well as other personal protective equipment such as gloves and aprons, etc.); tolerating loud noise (maximum of 95 dB); tolerating extreme heat, cold and dusty environment. EOE including disability/veteran
