Job Summary
Responsible for running day-to-day operations and guiding general business strategies. Duties may include hiring, scheduling staff, tracking cash flow, and setting sales goals for the company.

Responsibilities 
  • Overseeing daily business operations.
  • Lead and supervise field staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Interview, onboard and provide training and guidance to team members
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues and perform facility inspections
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and resources effectively
  • Develop and maintain healthy relationships with clients
  • Fill-in for employees at various locations when call-in’s occur
