JOB DESCRIPTION

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator I works in collaboration with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists and Candidates to ensure an efficient and compliant onboarding experience for all internal employees.

EssentialDutiesand Responsibilities:

Serves as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator subject matter expert Performs and certifies completion of all pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements for all hire types Ensures timely submission and collection of all new hire paperwork Provides consistent and thorough communication with hiring managers and candidates Collaborates and communicates effectively with Talent Acquisition Specialists Partners effectively with other departments to ensure an efficient hiring process Certifies an overall successful candidate onboarding experience Verifies complete accuracy of all data entry responsibilities Exhibits organization across all tasks and full ability to follow processes Consistently meets coordinating metrics Provides education as needed on onboarding process Identifies process improvement initiatives and provides solutions Performs other duties as assigned and/or necessary

MinimumRequirements:

Bachelor’sDegreepreferred Computerproficiency,includingMSOffice,Internet,andemail Mustbeenergetic,highlymotivated,andabletoworkinafast-pacedenvironment Mustbeorganized,detail-oriented,andabletoefficientlyhandlemultipletasksatonce Abilitytoeffectivelyelicit/provideinformationtoandfromappropriateindividuals(including,but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills required;proficiencyinthe Englishlanguagemaybe required
